My take
I got this white touch-up paint for our 2019 Jeep Cherokee, and I went in knowing it wasn't going to be perfect. I just wanted the dings to look better.
Shake it for about 30 seconds, like it says, then unscrew the top. The brush is built into the cap, and there's an extra brush in the box if you need it.
It works pretty good. You can still see the dings, and you can tell there's a little paint mark there, but they don't stand out like they did before. As long as you're not trying for factory perfect, this is a good product.

Who it's for
Anyone with small chips or dings who wants them less noticeable for cheap. If you want them invisible, that's a body shop job.
