Taco vs Burrito Quick Review: Our Family Game Night Highlights
Quick ReviewBy SuperZydan1 min read
GiftedThe makers of Taco vs Burrito sent us a copy of the game for free. No money changed hands, and all opinions are mine.
My take
The makers of Taco vs Burrito sent us a copy, and we just got through playing a few games. It's a great, fun game for 2 to 4 players, and it's super easy to learn. It comes with instructions, plus a code you can scan to watch a how-to video.
Everybody gets five cards and the youngest goes first. You build your taco or burrito with food cards for points, and the action cards are where it gets wild: spicy doubles your points, a food fight makes everyone flip a card, and the safety inspector can wipe out someone's whole burrito. My son lost all his burrito points to that one.
My son did not win this game and he was not excited about losing. Between my wife and me, she won. He still had fun during the game, though, and last time we played, when he won, it was the best time ever.
It's a really fun game. If you have a family, or you're just doing a game night with friends, give it a try.
